Shipping & Returns


Overview

  • All of our garments are made-to-order. We cut and sewn in our studio. Our average lead time for made-to-order garments are 5-7 business days.
  • All orders for Tops will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • All other items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Shipping

Domestic

  • All orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after processing. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

International

  • Currently, we offer international shipping to via USPS to the countries and region listed below:
    • Regions and countries include: all Europe, all Asia, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Morocco, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and the Caribbean. 
  • International orders ship via First Class Mail and arrive in 7-14 days after processing for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves the US. 
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. 
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your ordered product to reach you, may vary. 

Returns 

If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer free returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your package. Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital gift card. We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

All sale items are final sale. 

Orders are eligible for a refund if:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • All labels and tags are attached and in their original condition.
  • Request for return is made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items are returned with original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
